YES, stylist uses castor oil, coconut oil and tea tree oil. However, if you have a specific oil(s) you would like to use, you can bring them to your appointment.

YES, hair is included with all styles. Once deposit is paid, it is the responsibility of the client to advise of hair color(s) and length of choice. Please be advised appointment will be cancelled if selection is not made within 48 hours of schedule appointment. If you book a same day or next day appointment, selections must be made immediately after booking.

Please advise stylist of any hair conditions or sensitivity to products before booking any appointment. Stylist will not be responsible, in the event of a reaction.

Any changes to a style must be done 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment. Same day changes will result in an upcharge depending on the style choosen

Communicate. I am a very understanding person. You will have the opportunity to reschedule your appointment within 24 hours. No call no show will be banned from future booking and deposit will be forfeited.

After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and deposit will be forfeited. All appointments are on a specific time schedule. Late arrivals will cause a delay to my other clients, which will not be fair to them.

A Non-refundable deposit of $25 is required to secure your spot. ANY STYLE $250 - $350 WILL REQUIRE $75 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. ANY STYLES $360 AND OVER WILL REQUIRE A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. DEPOSITS WILL BE APPLIED TO SERVICE.
